职位描述
Scope of Role:
To pro-actively promote designated Retail Clients products and services and acquire new customers.
工作范畴:
主动推广指定的个人银行产品和服务及开发新客户。
Key Responsibilities/Challenges:
· To participate in sales promotions and activities to achieve/exceed defined sales targets.
· To ensure maximize cross sell opportunities.
· To provide quality, efficient before and after sales services.
· To prepare and consolidate accurate reports on sales activities.
· Accountable for implementing and complying with AML requirements when performing duties.
· Must comply with all relevant regulations and internal Risk & Compliance policies and procedures
主要工作职责/挑战:
· 参与促销活动,完成或超额完成指定的销售目标;
· 确保最大化的交叉销售机会;
· 提供高质量、高效的售前和售后服务;
· 编写和维护有关销售活动的准确报告;
· 负责实施各项反洗钱的需求并且确保符合反洗钱的合规要求。
· 遵循一切相关条例以及内部风险与合规的政策与程序。
Selection Criteria:
· College/diploma degree or above
· Relevant experience in banking experience is preferred
· Strong personal integrity with zero disciplinary record in any previous job
· Good credit appraisal and marketing skills with the ability to interpret financial information
· Optimistic, willing to work under high pressure
· Quick learner
· Good communication and presentation skills
· Presentable, good personality with good business etiquette
职位要求:
· 大专或以上学历;
· 有相关银行行业销售经验者优先;
· 良好的个人诚信,无任何纪律处分纪录;
· 良好的信用评价与营销技能,对金融市场有敏锐触角;
· 积极乐观,愿意承受工作压力;
· 良好的沟通,表达及学习能力;
· 优良的个性品质,勇于销售及解决与业务相关的问题。
