岗位职责：
Reporting to Team head for system development projects.
Manage IT project and provide solutions for end users.
Manage all the project management process for IT and Business related tasks.
Analyze end users requirements and give IT solution to handle.
Take initiative to solve requirements of end users, authority or auditor.
Manage vendors to conduct bank’s related system developments or maintenances.
Work on any necessary arrangement before system release which aligns with banking policy and rules.
Work on necessary arrangement within the banker and with outside parties.
Make Head Office Reports and Local Reports including Authority Reports accordingly.
Conduct system troubles shooting and the base solution to keep stable operations.
Communicate with both oversea head-office’s and domestic branch’s colleagues for daily works.
Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
Experiences more than 3 years in IT planning project management.
Have knowledge with specific reporting systems for authorities, e.g. AML, EAST, MBT, or Finance Productions, e.g. Bond Business, Others.
Experiences for banking or other Financial Institutions.
Comprehensive experiences for System Planning, Project Management experiences for new business, regulations based on IT system development.
Communication skill, fluent in Japanese or English.
