职位描述：
1.负责履行本部门业务支持职能，协助营业部总经理制定和实施完善的营销策略及部门年度和月度工作任务的安排；
2.负责开拓上市公司股权质押融资业务；
3.负责开拓产业资本金融配置需求
4.负责银行同业业务及私募机构业务的渠道及业务拓展；
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，具有证券从业资格，具有证券行业2年以上工作经历；
2、有团队管理经验，有风险投资、投资银行相关工作经验者优先；
3、具备较强的投资项目开发能力和广泛的社会关系，在渠道和项目方面有较丰富的资源，能独立发掘和分析有发展潜力和投资价值的中小型企业；
4、有私募和上市公司资源，基金子公司和信托从业者优先。
