承担客户招揽、产品销售以及为客户提供综合金融理财服务等工作。负责团队建设、营销策划、团队人员激励和沟通协调。
1、通过证券从业资格考试；
2、积极发展新增客户，并做好客户维护与服务工作,达到公司要求的转正条件,有金融、证券行业客户开拓及客户服务经验者优先；
3、负责营业部与银行等外部渠道的业务协调与联络工作，维系与渠道良好关系,具备金融企业团队管理经验；
4、良好的协调和组织能力；
5、具有良好的团队精神，服从管理，思路清晰,能有效的将个人任务和团队发展结合起来；
