Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day activities and facilitate the efficiency and communication.
Coordinate among four districts and other parties to organize, plan, and coordinate information and formal meetings, conferences and internal seminars, workshops, training course and ensure ED is well-prepared for meetings.
Prepare / update business documents, materials, reports and presentations before meetings upon ED's requirements. Take meeting minutes. And distribute agenda, decks and meeting minutes to parties concerned in a timely manner.
Arrange travel and expense filing for ED.
Act as a central coordinator in T&D office for general queries, administrative support
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree from recognized University.
Working experience in banking industry or financial industry for more than 5 years, either at front line, mid office or back office.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel and PPT.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work under pressure.
Logical thinking, independent working and problem-solving abilities.
Teamwork spirit.
