岗位职责
1、负责权益类场外衍生品业务的业务培训、市场及渠道开发、协助客户拜访；
2、客户需求对接、日常询报价管理、定制化方案设计；
3、交易确认及结算文书起草，交易全环节协调管理；
4、了解行业动态，协助新产品设计；
5、其他公司内部协调、外部服务相关工作。
任职要求
1、全日制硕士及以上学历，金融、经济、数学、金融工程、营销、法律等相关专业；
2、具有4年以上工作经验及至少2年以上相关业务经验；
3、具有较强的责任心，工作认真仔细、条理清楚；
4、学习能力强，沟通和表达能力较强。
