工作职责：
1、根据公司人力资源规划，完善招聘管理体系，参与公司雇主品牌建设；
2、负责部分社会招聘岗位的招聘工作，包括招聘需求对接、人才寻访、招聘面试、背景调查等工作，及时高效补充各部门的用人需求；
3、完善各类招聘渠道，与第三方供应商建立良好合作关系；
4、准确完成各类招聘报表，及时评估招聘效果；
5、参与公司内部招聘及调配、校园招聘、实习生招聘等工作；
6、完成部门交办的其他任务。
任职资格：
1、硕士及以上学历，人力资源管理、劳动经济学、心理学等专业优先；
2、3年以上招聘工作经验，有金融猎头经验尤佳；
3、熟悉招聘流程、招聘面试方法等专业知识和技巧,对人力资源模块均有一定了解；
4、具有较强的数据分析能力，能够熟练使用各类常用办公软件，熟悉订阅号运营尤佳；
5、具有较强的沟通协调能力、学习创新能力、团队合作能力和敬业精神；具有良好的职业道德和职业操守。
