2.Actively contribute to grow (clients retention and new business acquisition) a profitable marine book of business based on sound underwriting technique with focus on major / clients and resources
3.Face the market and keep good connections with various business sources (branches, brokers, agents, ceding companies and etc.)
4.Communicate and work independently with the responsible channels on handling the new/renewal accounts, new businesses achieving and channel maintenance.
1. Bachelor degree or above with insurance/finance/ navigation/maritime law/hull background
2.Good English communication skills in both spoken and written; Good computer skill,as Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
3.Possess good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills, Well-organized personality
