工作职责：
1、针对项目的风险管理和法律相关问题，做好项目的协同管理；
2、参与项目的相关诉讼保全、诉讼庭审等事项；
3、协助向公司及上级单位报送风险管理、法律合规相关材料；
4、就业务开展中的法律事务问题提出法律咨询意见；
5、完成部门交付的其他任务。
任职资格：
1、国内外院校硕士及以上学历，有法律背景的优先考虑；
2、三年以上相关工作经验。具有司法实务工作经验或在我司从事法律合规、风险管理工作至少满一年；
3、具有国家统一法律职业资格、证券从业资格；
4、熟悉公司业务及相关法律法规，并具有较强的沟通协调能力、分析判断能力、文字及语言表达能力，踏实认真，有责任心。
