工作职责：
1.围绕平台业务模块和用户成长体系，主导研究用户的投资特征、行为特征、情感及体验感受；
2.对接产品迭代和日常运营，开展用户分析、需求调研、原型测试、体验测试、产品满意度及痛点调研等；
3.负责用研项目的需求接洽、研究设计、数据收集和分析、报告撰写和推进落地等工作；
4.负责组建并维护核心用户群体，通过线上及线下用户调研，建立有效的用户反馈机制。
职位要求：
1.35周岁以下，全日制大学硕士及以上学历，3年以上工作经验；2.心理学、社会学、计算机、人机交互等相关专业优先；
3.热爱并专注于用户体验研究，有设计或咨询公司、互联网公司用户体验或用户研究相关经验者优先；
4.熟练掌握定量定性用研方法，有过独立完成大型用研项目经历优先；
5.熟练掌握EXCEL和PPT，数据分析能力、书面呈现能力突出者优先；6.良好的沟通能力和协调能力，有团队合作精神。
