职位描述：
1、负责新三板业务、PB业务、股权质押、公司企业债券、银证通道等机构业务的维护与承揽；
2、开发和维护机构客户，并针对机构客户制订个性化资产配置方案提供投资建议；
3、展开与银行、基金公司、私募基金等金融机构的合作；
4、完成营业部交办的其它工作任务。
职位要求：
1、全日制且可认证的学士以上学历；
2、正直有责任心、积极上进、有较强的学习能力和抗压能力、有良好的人际关系及沟通能力；
3、有较强的营销能力。
