Lab/植物试验设计和独立实施酶应用试验;向客户证明酶的益处;

·为客户使用酶进行设计;

·推出新的酶产品，以提高生产力和利润;

·为当地客户创造和开发新的酶解决方案，以提高他们的竞争力;

·与全球技术服务网络合作，在中国与世界其他地区之间转移先进的酶产品和服务;

·与销售团队共同推动与客户建立可信赖的关系;

·与研发部门合作，为当地和全球市场的新酶产品开发进行实验室/试验/工厂测试;

·撰写并交流工作报告和项目摘要;



工作能力要求：

本科及以上学历，化学工程，生化工程，食品工程，纺织工程或其他相关专业; 2 - 5年工作经验。

·英语和普通话的书面和口头表达能力优秀;

Industry Technology Specialist/Manager



Job Description

In your daily work, you’ll be responsible for：

· Lab/plant trial design and implement trial independently for enzyme application； demonstrate benefit of enzymes to customer;

· Trouble shooting for customer’s use of enzymes;

· Launch of new enzyme products to improve productivity and profits;

· Create and develop new enzyme solution for local customers to increase their competitiveness;

· Working with the global technical service network to transfer advanced enzyme products and service between China and the rest of the world;

· Together with sales team drive for trustworthy relationship with customers;

· Cooperate with R&D for lab/pilot/plant tests in new enzyme product development for the local and global markets;

· Write and communicate work report and project summary;

In this position you need to have:

· Bachelor degree and above, major in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Textile Engineering or other related fields; 2-5 years working experience.

· Practical written and verbal skills in English and Mandarin;

· Strong commitment in driving for excellence at work;

· Strong team spirit to boost individual contribution collectively;

· Curiosity and courage to try new ideas out;

· Customer-oriented mindset;

· Good communication skills with internal and external customers;

· Flexibility for taking business travels when necessary
