岗位职责
Perform a variety of technical procedures including cell-based and other Immunoassay development, validation and sample analysis。
Responsible for making and recording experimental observations, data analysis and peer review of data. Perform assays according to novel and established test procedures. Prepare lab reagents, participate in maintaining lab equipment and samples, and support lab safety.
任职要求
? Bachelor with 1-2 years’progressively responsible related experience or Master degree in cell biology, molecular biology and/or related field (strong knowledge in Immunology and Oncology is highly preferred).
Expertise in cell biology, immunology and oncology, including isolation of human PBMC, lymphocyte followed by activation and functional analysis, assay in Tumor Infiltrating Lymphocytes (TIL), ELISA, tissue culture, western blot, flow cytometry, cytometric bead array system(CBA) assay, real-time PCR, and other molecular biology techniques.
? Strong interpersonal skills as well as good analytical and problem solving skills. Proven English reading and writing proficiency.
