岗位职责
1、与业务部门进行需求沟通，独立完成项目模块的系统分析、方案设计，并主导完成详细设计和编码任务；
2、分析和发现系统、流程中的问题，负责关键技术的研究与攻关，解决项目开发或产品研发中的关键问题和技术难点；
3、参与前端系统的架构规划、性能优化、质量保障建设等工作，持续提升平台易用性和功能。
任职要求
1、硕士及以上学历，计算机软件或相关专业；
2、具备扎实的前端基础（JavaScript/CSS/HTML），熟悉前端的常见构建、发布机制，熟练掌握Webpack的使用；
3、熟练掌握一种或多种前端框架，如Vue、React，并了解部分实现原理，具有丰富的框架实战经验；
4、具有良好的计算机基础知识、沟通协作能力、工作主动性和推动能力。
