职位需求：
1.学历本科文凭以上(含本科，专业不限）,年龄35周岁以下
2.形象气质佳，表达能力和学习能力较强；心理素质好，能在压力下工作，勇于面对挑战
3了解证券市场运作，有较强的客户开发能力和敏锐的市场观察力，有营销经验且具备证券从业资格者优先。
4.善于和客户沟通、交流，有独立开发新客户的能力。能吃苦耐劳，具备团队协作精神,有强烈的挑战自我意识。
岗位职责：
1.在营业部指定的各种渠道开展营销工作。
2.根据营业部制定的营销策略规划及营销部署，完成相应的业绩指标。
3.推广营业部相关服务产品，通过各种渠道让客户到指定营业部交易，日常维护原有的客户。
4.负责对公司客户满意度情况的调查、分析，提出改善方案供上级领导决策。
