? Be familiar with the legal documentation for bank credit facility, including facility agreement, board resolution and security documents. To perform legal documents checking for facility implementation and make sure the accuracy of system inputs.

? To perform collateral maintenance and legal documents filing work independently.

? Take timely correction on the problems found by checker and avoid re-occurrence.

? Well understand bank’s policies and guidelines and department’s procedures with well adoption to daily work.

? Displayed good teamwork and be willing to take the assignment from checker and department heads.

? Actively participate in the trainings to achieve bank knowledge enrichment and cultivate and enhance the awareness of risk control

? Ensure efficient communication with team leader on any urgency or ad-hoc tasks, and help to handle the tasks.

? 熟悉银行信用额度相关法律文件，包括但不限于信贷合同，董事会决议和担保文件。能够完成对额度激活前的法律文件审核，并确保所有系统录入的准确性。

? 能够独立完成对担保品的更新和维护，并熟练进行文件整理等相关工作。

? 对复核和部门负责人发现的问题及时更正并避免再次发生。

? 了解银行的各项政策和指导方针，熟知本部门的各项工作流程规范，并能严格按照政策、方针、流程的规定进行日常工作。

? 良好的团队合作并积极主动地完成复核及部门负责人布置的任务。

? 积极参加部门和银行的各项培训，不断完善自身的银行业务水平，并努力培养和提升风险控制意识，以期高质量的业务支持。

? 在遇到突发事件或特别任务时，及时与团队负责人沟通，协助其解决该事项。


岗位要求:


本科及以上学历，金融等相关专业毕业优先；

对银行相关的产品和服务有足够的认识；

在工作及与同事的沟通、交往过程中保持最高程度的诚信和正直；

具有为客户服务的精神并体现在日常业务活动中；

具备优秀的团队合作精神和优秀的沟通与人际技能。
