·根据总体计划创建，验证和维护（采购）物料计划。

·确保在合适的时间，质量和数量采购正确的材料，以优化的成本满足公司的需求。

·识别并启动对与采购相关的服务/质量投诉的响应。

·根据现有合同或采购订单安排和管理成品交付的执行。

·评估处置的非生产性库存，并尽量减少非生产性库存。

·保持准确的材料和供应商主数据，包括订单数量或批量，交货时间和安全库存等计划参数。

·监督，支持和改进承包商流程绩效和资产能力，重点关注产品完整性，质量，成本，产量，进度和合规性。

·与制造技术和研发部门合作，确保新产品和技术准备就绪，并解决出现的技术或质量问题。

·与关键利益相关者沟通/报告目标，里程碑，进展和问题

·管理新原材料资格和包装的生产方。



工作能力要求：

本科及以上学历，化学工程，生化工程，食品工程，纺织工程或其他相关专业; 2 - 5年工作经验。

·制造和/或供应链经验。

·具有项目管理，改进和制造经验的工作流程是可取的，并且具有很高的技术能力。

·英语和普通话的实用书面和口头表达能力;

·坚定不移地致力于追求卓越的工作;

·强烈的团队精神，共同促进个人贡献;

·与内部和外部客户的良好沟通技巧;

Supply Chain Management



Job Description

In your daily work, you’ll be responsible for：

· Work on contractor selection process for new activities.

· Creates, validates and maintains a (Purchase) Materials plan based upon the Master Plan.

· Ensures the right materials are procured at the right time, quality and quantity to meet company demands at optimized costs.

· Identifies and initiates response to service/quality complaints related to purchasing.

· Schedules and manages the execution of finished product deliveries against existing contracts or purchase orders.

· Evaluates non-productive inventories for disposition and works to minimize non-productive inventory.

· Maintain accurate material and supplier master data including planning parameters such as order quantities or lot sizes, lead times and safety stocks.

· Monitor, support, and improve contractor process performance and asset capability, focusing on product integrity, quality, costs, yields, schedule, and compliance.

· Work with Manufacturing Technology and R&D to ensure new products and technologies are manufacturing-ready, and to trouble-shoot technical or quality issues that arise.

· Communicate/Report goals, milestones, progress and issues to key stakeholders

· Manage the production-side of new Raw Material Qualifications and Packaging.

In this position you need to have:

· Bachelor degree and above, major in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Textile Engineering or other related fields; 2-5 years working experience.

· Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain experience.

· Experience with project management, improvement and manufacturing Work Processes is desirable, as well as high technical competence.

· Practical written and verbal skills in English and Mandarin;

· Strong commitment in driving for excellence at work;

· Strong team spirit to boost individual contribution collectively;

· Good communication skills with internal and external customers;

· Flexibility for taking business travels when necessary
