岗位职责：
1. 负责CRISPR-Cas相关的基因编辑实验，通过基因敲除，过表达和点突变等方式开发相关的实验方法，以帮助新药研发项目的顺利进行；
2. 利用分子生物学和细胞生物学等技术手段研究药物靶点；
3. 对实验结果进行分析总结，提交完整实验报告；
4. 负责研发项目实验方案设计和实施，仪器的日常维护，和对操作人员的培训；
5. 参与或负责项目管理与团队建设，提高项目完成效率。
岗位要求：
1. 相关专业博士或硕士，拥有两年以上CRISPR-Cas及相关基因编辑技术的直接操作经验；职位级别及薪资待遇将根据候选人的工作经验及条件而定。
2. 熟悉分子生物学技术如分子克隆，定量PCR，RNA & DNA分析，Western blot等；
3. 熟悉细胞培养，转染，流式细胞术，染色成像及功能实验者优先考虑；
4. 有药物研发和药筛方法开发经验者优先考虑；
5. 能够独立工作和解决问题。
6. 熟练使用电脑、办公和专业分析软件(Powerpoint，Excel, Word及GraphPad等)。
7. 英语口语及书写熟练；
8. 善于学习新的领域，乐于迎接新的挑战，责任心强，具备团队工作精神。
CRISPR Scientist
Job functions:
1. Be responsible for CRISPR-Cas based genome editing experiments like gene knockout, overexpression and site mutation to support internal assay development for accelerated drug discovery projects;
2. Perform molecular biology and cell biology experiments for characterization of target gene of interest;
3. Data analysis and summarization. Reports preparation and presentation;
4. Be responsible for the development and implementation of designing and execution of experiments, equipment maintenance and training of junior scientists;
5. Involved in project leading, team building and management to achieve higher efficiency.
Requirements:
1. PhD or MS with 2+ year hand-on experience on CRISPR-Cas and related gene editing technologies. Position level will vary depending on the candidate’s qualification and experiences;
2. Familiar with molecular biology techniques including cloning, qPCR, RNA & DNA analysis and Western blot;
3. Experience on cell biology experiments including cell culture, transfection, FACS, imaging and function assays are highly preferred;
4. Experience on drug discovery and assay development is plus;
5. Capable of working and solving problem independently;
6. Rich experience in Office and scientific software (Powerpoint, Excel, Word and GraphPad etc.);
7. Good oral and written communications skills in English;
8. A good learner. Strong will for taking challenges. Strong sense of responsibility. Good communication skills and team-oriented.
