GT&O is an organization of more than 100,000 employees and contractors worldwide. Through operations in more than 35 countries, GT&O provides end-to-end technology and fulfillment to individual consumers, small businesses, middle-market businesses and large corporations.
This position will be responsible for client onboarding documents check, and day-to-day account maintenance applications review. Furthermore, this position is required to support ad-hoc projects and quality assurance services.
Key Responsibilities
To check clients’ onboarding documents including KYC and other account opening documents to ensure the accuracy and maintain high level of operational risk controls
To create client profile in various banking systems and maintain high level of quality standards
To provide quality services to business partners and clients by addressing all service enquires and requests in a timely and effective manner
To prepare internal and external reporting and make sure reports are submitted timely and accurately
To communicate with SAFE on FDI/ODI registration
To support project team on user testing
To perform KYC documents check of credit client onboarding and ongoing maintenance. Complete inquiry from partner business team.
To assist on internal arrangement of commitment letter collection /completeness/distribution.
To complete credit information maintenance in bank systems to support downstream business.
To assist on data collection of regulatory report.
To complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
To support daily works in other OPS teams at need basis.
Key Requirements
3-5 years’ experience in account services for corporate clients in bank.
Detail orientation and high sense of responsibility
Willingness and ability to play an active role in identifying and implementing process improvements
Demonstration of a 'self-starter' attitude and a willingness to help others
Good communication skills
Self-motivated with ambition to take more responsibilities
Good writing and oral English
Having the experience of communicating with SAFE on FDI/ODI is preferred
