职位描述
JOB PURPOSE:
- Manage existing product portfolios / channels solutions, and launch new TB Product offerings to MBB China, to generate new revenue stream. Primary focus on trade products, but also covering cash management offerings.
- Ensure products being managed stay up to date with market trend and local practice, as well as in full compliance with local regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Responsible for product commercialization to drive product revenue. Monitor and manage product performance and make recommendation on product and business improvement plans.
- Support the frontline sales / RMs in product training, marketing calls, and solution structuring on needed basis.
- Work closely with and proactively manage internal stakeholder relationship, to ensure on time and smooth delivery of product / projects objectives.
- Perform ad-hoc management reporting, projects or others special duties as assigned by the Management / regional office / H.O.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & OUTCOMES:
- Drive new product innovation and development for TB China products (e.g. primarily for trade, and cash as well) to generate new revenue stream, and achieve business objectives.
- Manage existing product to ensure they are up-to-dated with market trend, local regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Work with business units to explore new business opportunities and drive product level utilization.
- Define training plan and provide product training support to China branches
- Drive product commercialization, and take care of marketing materials (such as product brochure), to enhance the TB China’s product offerings / propositions.
- Monitor, analyze and manage the TB’s product P&L, produce necessary management reports and make recommendation on business or product strategy.
- Support the team on various projects as coordinator, and also take care of various management / regulatory reporting.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS, SPECIFIC SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Level of Education: University degree
- Years of Experience: At least 10 years or above in banking industry with at least 6 years in product development or relevant experience, especially in Transaction Banking Product (Trade Finance and Cash Management).
- Good knowledge of international rules (UCP, ISBP, URDG, etc) will be a plus. Front-line sales experience preferred.
- Skills Set: Proven project management/product development skills.
- Discipline/Related Field: In business development, trade ops, or related disciplines
- Good knowledge in RMB trade and cash management will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills, result-oriented and displays consistent performance
- Independent, result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
- Good analysis and communication skills
- Good command of English and Mandarin
