Responsibilities：
- Balancing & handling of all “over the counter” cash and non-cash transactions including voucher posting.
- Opening and closing of accounts (including obtaining of relevant supporting documents like specimen signature card, carry out bankruptcy / winding-up search).
- Process clearing of inward and outward items.
- Process standing orders, salary payroll & etc.
- Responsible for cash sorting and end of day balancing.
- Update customer profile and account status for new account opened.
- Attend to enquiries from customers and seek opportunity to source deposits be it Demand Deposits, Savings Deposits or Fixed Deposits.
- Principal Officer in-charge of control of security documents (cheques, FDRs, passbooks etc.)
- Monitor / update inactive accounts/dormant accounts/unclaimed balances.
- Ensure proper keeping and filing of transaction records & supporting documents.
- Control and verify batch reports / registers.
- Ensure reporting of expected daily inflow / outflow Nostro funds within the time line.
- Ensure strict compliance over anti-money laundering measures.
- Process all inward and outward remittance / transfer transactions (including verification of signatures).
- Ensure strict compliance with exchange control regulations and attend to Central Bank’s (i.e. PBOC / SAFE) various online reporting promptly – like the Anti-Money Laundering ; FX A/C Management System ; Balance of Payment ; Custom Declaration and etc. as assigned from time to time .
- Prepare and ensure timely submission of all required financial reports / returns to Head Office, PBOC and other relevant regulatory authorities as assigned from time to time.
- Ensure ICBA Retail Module is running smoothly and highlight any issues / problems encountered. Suggest enhancement when necessary.
- Ensure all outgoing faxes are duly authorized / recorded.
Requirements：
- Level of Education: Bachelor
- Years of Experience: More than 2 years of related working experience
- Discipline/Related Field: Ensure strict compliance with exchange control regulations to Central Banks (i.e. PBOC/SAFE) ; ensure strict compliance with bank internal policy and requirements.
