工作职责:
1. 通过电话方式与客户 (各大医院医生) 进行医学信息的交流及沟通,维护长期良好关系
2. 挖掘潜在客户,收集相关信息,建立客户档案并维护更新
3. 通过多渠道 (电话、彩信、邮件等) 向客户传递产品信息, 并解答客户疑问,确保客户满意
4. 参与甲乙双方提供的培训及考核, 提高专业知识和技能
基本要求:
1. 本科学历，医学、药学、医疗、健康等相关专业，
2. 良好的沟通技巧和电话客户服务技巧
3. 熟练掌握办公软件，熟练操作office, 快速处理报表、文档等
4. 性格外向，工作积极主动，有责任心，良好的抗压能力
5. 2年以上外企一线医药销售代表经验
1 Communicate with customers (doctors in hospitals) by multiple ways, maintain good relationship with customers in the long term
2 Developing potential customers, collecting relevant information, establishing customer files and maintaining updates
3 Through multi-channel (telephone, MMS, mail, etc.) to deliver product information to customers, and answer customer questions to ensure customer satisfaction
4 Participate in the Department training and Assessment, improve professional knowledge and skills
Qualifications for Employment:
1 Bachelor degree with medical, pharmaceutical, medical, health and other related majors
2 Good communication skills and telephone customer service skills
3 Proficient in Office software
4 Outgoing, proactive, responsible, good ability to handle pressure
5 Above 2 years field sales experience in pharmacy industry from MNC
