工作职责：
1、牵头推进集团同一客户评级、授信管控体系建设；
2、建立、优化场外衍生品等交易对手信用风险计量模型，推进相关系统功能建设；
3、搭建公司交易对手风险管理机制、流程；
4、参与公司各类业务信用风险评估工作，编写信用风险研究报告。
任职资格：
1、全日制硕士研究生(含)以上学历，经济、金融、会计、统计、计算机、数学、物理等相关专业；
2、五年以上境内外证券公司、商业银行、评级机构、基金公司等相关工作经验，有境外工作经验的优先；
3、熟悉了解境内外衍生品等金融产品，有相关金融机构交易对手管理、信用风险管理经验；
4、具备数据量化分析经验，至少熟悉SQL、SAS、VBA、Matlab、R中的一种编程语言；
5、较强的信用风险管理意识；较强沟通、协调能力；工作积极主动，抗压能力强；
6、证券业从业资格；持有CFA、CPA、FRM资格证书更佳。
