Technology Platform
1. Antibody Technology Platform
With its unique and powerful techniques in immunization, fusion, and functional screening, PharMab is able to effectively develop monoclonal antibodies with high specificity and affinity against desired disease target molecules. It could subsequently humanize the antibody candidates for therapeutic development.
2. Protein Expression and Purification Platform
With its unique protein expression techniques, PharMab is able to create cell lines derived from mammalian host cells, including Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) and murine myeloma cells, to express the target genes at high secretion levels. Paired with its proprietary medium formulation and cell culture techniques, PharMab is also able to grow these cells in suspension culture to produce high levels of protein (including monoclonal antibody) products. In addition, PharMab also has the capability to purify these protein products to high degree of purity using chromatographic methods.

医学专业硕士或博士学历，五年以上临床相关工作经验。具备一定管理经验﹑很好的英语水平、优秀的沟通能力和组织策划能力。有血液疾病新药1-3期成功临床研究经历者将优先录用。
参与公司项目发展的策划，执行公司发展战略，主动开拓临床研究相关工作
1、负责临床研究方案设计与修订
2、负责临床项目研发计划编制、实施与管理
3、负责开展临床研究基地研究者的培训与沟通
4、组织和参与研究者会议、CRO会议等临床开发相关沟通
5、组织撰写相关国家新药申报资料
任职要求
1、临床医学专业的硕士或博士教育背景
2、10年以上新药临床研究工作经验，其中项目管理经验5年以上
3、有血液疾病新药临床研究经验者优先
4、有国际多中心临床研究经验者优先
5、熟悉中外新药临床研究相关法规及技术指导原则，可独立进行Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期临床研究方案的初步设计
